Hide trash bins and ensure no visible cords or wires.
Put away dishes, laundry, and any personal bathroom items.

Mow the lawn, trim bushes, and remove any dead plants.
Hide trash cans, garden hoses, and unnecessary outdoor items.
Sweep driveways, walkways, and patios.
Wipe down doors, windows, and outdoor furniture.
Park vehicles away from the property or in the garage.
Turn on pool/spa lights (if applicable) for twilight shots.

Ensure all rooms are photo-ready before the photographer arrives.
Remove pets or secure them in a non-visible area.
Be ready to step outside during the session to avoid reflections.
If a video tour is scheduled, minimize noise (turn off TVs, fans, etc.).
